I had a very good experience staying at this hotel. The staff, especially Mr. Khushnaseeb, were incredibly friendly and made us feel at home. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even providing snacks and coffee in the afternoon. The hotel is also conveniently located near the Mall Road, with beautiful views of the Beas river and the snow-capped mountains from the rooms. The room itself was spacious and well-maintained, and the breakfast included was a great way to start the day.
Everything was great, no improvements needed.

The restaurant staff were polite and accommodating, giving us a warm welcome and serving us delicious food. The location was perfect, easy to find and with plenty of transportation services nearby.
Housekeeping only came once during our three-day stay and was quite demanding. , the breakfast was decent but the lunch and dinner were not up to our expectations.
